quiting early

when players quit early they should not be allowed to earn match points for a few games. also let the winner earn match points if the looser quits. i have played so many games for the hundered & counting achievement and still dont have it because of babys who dont play unless they win!|||some good ideas there.would be tough on the people with unstable connections though.there should be a save and restore game option for when someone gets disconected.then if both players are genuine you could resume the game.had this 10+ years ago playing age of empires online.dont understand why we dont have such obvious options to use now.
