make substitutions an option, turn on/off

I've played three 20 minutes World-Class matches with my VP. Got lots of accomplishments. Around the 60th-65th minute the AI makes a substitution and the game freezes. It only happens when there is a substitution, not anything else. And when I've dashboarded everything I earned that match is erased. I can't play VP online because of the * button lag, now I can't play offline either.
