Custom badges & custom kits It's been talked about plenty of times that creation centre should be used for clubs and it's my understanding that this was the plan by EA. I think this would be a very big step up for clubs as it would give teams their own identities rather than "the team who play in the Gillingham kit" for example. It would also add more individualism to the matches as clubs would have their own badges as opposed to real team badges.
Shirt numbers: One of the best websites for clubs players (thehttp://www.fvpa.co.uk) and many other sites all have something in common which is that teams design their own avatars with their own shirt numbers. This is a very common part of forum based clubs now and VP's can already choose their shirt numbers. What is missing is the ability to choose a shirt number for the club you play for. I think managers should be able to assign a shirt number to his/her clubs players. This may be a small feature to some people but it is evident that it means a lot to many many clubs players as they spend so much time getting high quality avatars made to represent the shirt number they want.

Adding this would give forum teams (who are very dedicated to clubs) something they have been asking for since the release of FIFA 10) and would give players the feeling of having their own shirt number they have earned.
Tattoos: It's been talked about for a very long time but customizing and individualism is something many people love about their VP's. Whilst I personally tend to stick with one look throughout I still cannot make myself as I am in real life as my forearms are pretty much fully tattooed. With so many people in real life having tattoos and the same for real players it only makes sense to embrace a culture that tattoos are very common in. I think it was FIFA 09 in UT they had tattoos that could be applied and whilst they were just club badges and looked pretty poor, the ability to do it is there and all that is needed is 10-50 tattoo designs to get the buyer happy with his new found ability to create a more realistic version of himself.
Accessories: One thing I have noticed is a lot of the community have "wacky players" and by this I mean players who have multi coloured accessories which do not look realistic and are very rarely seen in club football. I'm not suggesting this should be removed but it could be modified so that you have five choices with colouring of arm bands/ tape etc The five choices could be black, white, kit colour, kit colour and white and kit colour and black. This would stop people from having one blue glove, one green glove, orange boots and big blue hair and a white and blue kit and looking like a clown. The individualism/ customization would still be there but the player would have blue gloves/ blue tape rather than mis-matching gloves. This would add a layer of realism as I doubt very much leagues would allow players to come out with multi coloured mis-matching accessories that could be distracting to other players. It would however still give people the option to have the accessories and have various choices.
Another idea with accessories is for those people who like a small difference is adding an option to wristband called "national flag" so the VP could have his national flag wristband on. Obviously there is a setting for nationality on a player so when a person selects Ivory Coast for example and then selects wristbands on with national flag they could have the national flag armbands like Gervinho does (as pictured below)
Gameface: One thing that is a pain is removing game face if you download one. I would suggest an easy "remove game face" option in-game as removing it via the memory has caused multiple issues in the past including VP corruption.
