First, it would be nice to see the injuries a bit more. When your Pro gets injured you see them fall and then either get up or hobble off to the side or get carried out (I believe).
When another player gets injured you just see them go down and that is it. It would be nice to see them do the same and hobble off or be carried out as well.
Secondly, with Career mode, at the end it would be nice to see any changes you made to the teams or players in the creation center be instantly updated to the Career mode or even at the end of the season. Now it seems you may make a few changes for Stadium names or new created players you want on a team etc, but find they won't be implemented until you start a brand new Career, rather then have it updated in your current Career mode...
