differnt accomplishments.. not score 200 goals or assists make it for playing well as a team player and make accomplihments hard to get and make them hard to earn over time ( i got 80% in 3 hours when fifa 11 came out ) .. e.g make 500 ground passes, make 1000 passes. get 65% plus shot accuracy in and out the box over 50 games, get 200 successful crosses, make 300 stand tackles at any posisiton win 200 jumping headers, get 200 headers on target,take 100 free kicks,
better traits, or have traits in a package, e.g playmaker package, swerve pass fance flicks, swerve pass,early crosser, second wind
have pre set pros.. e.g i dont have to back out and set my pro as a CB edit the height or weight or traits its already set as what i want depending on the posisiton i pick, i mean have it for every posistion, e.g if i pick ST in clubs my pro will be 5,11 finisher with my picked traits. or if i pick CM i want 6,1, with my pick traits,or GK 6,5 traditional and i can go back to the menu and edit that. because ive went in to lots of games been set as a CB and been made to play midfiled, where im usless as a CB
better weak foot abiltiy. i have 5* weak foot and cant score on my right foot from anywhere, it feels like a 1* weak foot
make the midgets less overpowerd.
PRO personality, not that personality plus thing. like if you player is offside he will run over and argue if hes that type of player, or if hes booked he will just accept it or become paolo di canio lol, like actual players

Timer drops by 10 seconds for everyone who readys up,
once you pick a side your locked in you cant change team.. only leave, sick of people just sitting unready for 2 mins
20 seconds to pick posistions
vote to kick option. 3+ votes ( depending on number of players) and your out
a pro ranked rating system for passes and teamwork, so you play similar people ( ballhogs stay with ballhogs)

Clubs
make the ANYS better, 80 is good enough and make them win almost every header, so if you score a goal in clubs is due to skill not the cursor glitching out or your 6,ft 5 ANY getting outjumped by a midget
and make battles with a midget go to the ANYS, a 5ft 2 8stone midget can push my 16 ston 6ft 5 ANY off the ball. thats a joke
FIX THE CONNECTION
make ANYs mandatory or at least have a filter to avoid no ANY 5212 noobs
make the menus easier to navigate, fifa 10 was perfect for finding what you wanted in the club mode
let there be an unranked club feature ( not invite friendlies) so you can find other clubs who just want practise. or try out a new guy in a actually game ( practise mode is awful)
make there be a prize for winning a cup.. every 5 cups gets you a new stadium
design your own kits and badge
invite your club mates to the free roam arena or practise arena mode for practise in passing shooting and set pieces
remove custom formations
make player awards for a club season regionally not just winner awards for clubs . e.g most goals, most assists,most clean sheets, best pass accuracy,best tackle accuracy,most passes made. and so someone cant play 1 game and get 100% in pass accuracy.. you have to play at least 30 games in a season ( 1 a day) to be eligalbe to win the award

make the team filter more noticeable.. im sick of playing real madrid and chelsea noobs. i want 3* games but get maybe 1 a week
if you DC or leave you get 50% of the points you would get in your next match.to stop quitters, but only make it a 1 game penalty because i do genuenily know people who lag out so that would ruin it for them if it lasted more than 1 game.
maybe a club level filter. from lvl 1-4 1*-1.5 teams 5-9 2*-2.5* teams 10-14 3*-3.5 15-20 4*-4.5* 20+ let ye real madrid noobs rejoice
a dream team mode. create your dream team and play people IN FRIENDLIES ( make it a game mode not unranked)
good feature IMO.. you cant use the same team online 5 times in a row ( you real noobs have to use chelsea )
Gameplay
increase the effects of pro passing, its still ridiciouls online that you can ping pong pass
make LB Y semi assisted or not as accurate
make crosses harder, same with headers, not just tap X and B goal
shot dummies are so annoying you do one and the defender freezes, fix that
slow the game down a little bit more its just as quick and annoying as fifa 10
change the cursor back to fifa 10, assistance level, not air balls or auto.
improve the defensive AI, the full backs still keep the strikers onside
1 2 ping pong passes with the strikers should only work 5% of the time not 95%
make the AI smarter in attack dont through ball it to zigic CROSS

so keep the AI and let the mod all the hard work ? pfft thats a joke, let the defence do all the work with 5+ defenders while 3+ strikers will stay upfront and call for perfect long balls all game then ping pong it between them :)
