1 - Make it harder to go to a big club. First, delete the option of being the AI, it's ridiculous. Delete the option of being the whole team, let we only be our player. And only let us select the country where we will start our career, not the team, would be better to "battle" to go to a good team.
2 - Start in the streets, like in FIFA 11 Wii:
3 - Then we do some club tests, go to youth a youth team, and then to professional.
4 - In professional, add press conferences, like in NBA 2K11. Then it affects in the offers you will receive.
5 - Add a new camera, with no "Shakes" and close zoom in all the field, like this:
6 - Add the FIFA WC and it's qualifiers
7 - Add managers, and make them talk to us before the game and between the two halfs
8 - Add trainings, to go to the first team
