Team Chemistry

Lots of people have saying EA should put team chemistry into MM, but i'm not sure how this would work, or how would be reflected in the actual matches.
Maybe there could be one system where for instance, say there is 2 players at a club who have played alongside each other for many years, they would have really good chemistry between them, and in games if one had the ball, the other would always look to provide an option to pass to. E.g. most of Barcelona's players have played with each other all the way since in the academy together, and is one of the reasons they have really good cohesion and work well as a team.
Maybe chemistry could be reflected by the players attributes. For example you wouldn't want to play Crouch AND Carroll together as they are both target men, and you would look to find someone like VDV or Suarez to balance their partnership. So in matches people like VDV or Suarez would look to get on the end of their partner's knock-ons/knock-downs whenever a long ball or cross was played.
Also sticking with the UT chemistry system would be basic yet still very easy, however I think it would be completely pointless to have Team Chemistry implemented in CM without it having any significance or impact on the field.
