I know this would not affect the game whatsoever but think it would be a nice little "bonus" feature..
How about a "create a celebration"
In this you could link a couple of little moves together to create your own "unique" celebration...that you could use for your VP...obviously a "time limit" would have to apply to stop ppl from abusing this but if it was done right it could be a nice little feature|||.
