Game breaking bugs?

I have been playing the FIFA series since 08. The new additions are great, sad to see some come and go, in my opinion you guys should be trying to build up the features of manager mode by retaining most of these, as it seems to be quite hollow knowing a likeable feature that was there previously is no longer in the game.
Couple this with bugs that have crept in and stayed, I may just abstain from the series for a couple of years at a time. Examples of such bugs.
Bugs since ’09 (or earlier)
If you are fouled the advantage rule is automatically played, if the ball is immediately played, or falls to an offside player, the offside is called and the foul treated as if it never happened, even if it was a card-able offence.
Needless to say, this is frustrating since this happens often when there is a throughball opportunity, and the passing player is fouled during the delay period of the pass. If that player is merely tripped by the foul, he will still play the pass after he recovers, by which time the player who made the run is vastly offside.
Bugs since ‘10
In any career mode, if you alter a formation from the team’s default formation, player overalls in the team management screen will be displayed as if the default formation is active.
For example, if the default formation goes RB, RCB, LCB, LB and you change the formation to RCB, CB, LCB, CDM, the player placed in the CDM role will have his overall for the LB position displayed. This shows players’ incorrect overalls and makes management frustrating, since the only way to obtain the true overalls for these positions is to do team management from the “play next match” screen. This detracts from the game severely since much of the game is about the substitution and selection of players from each match.
Bugs since ‘11
Commentary: Martin Tyler will often comment that the opening goal of a match is an own goal, regardless of whether it was or wasn’t.
There may be various others that exist, but these are a few. EA should at least patch these in an update as they are quite game breaking for me at least, especially when manager mode has remained so hollow for so many years.
