Virtual Pro & Manager

I have been playing Fifa since 08 and since the start of Their virtual pro and manager mode, FIFA has made progress but the glaring problems still remain that make the modes repetitive and sometimes un-challenging. The first mode ill say something on is virtual pro, Ive spent hours upon hours playing and i enjoy the mode quite well. in 09 and 10 it was just too easy to make your pro a legitimate superstar because the game let you add points manually to wherever you want, so it wasn't hard to get to a 99 in a season. in 11, that point system was revamped for a more achievement oriented reward system that gave attribute boosts for achieving certain goals(sometimes based on position) that way you had to actually earn the stats. This in addition to the 11 v 11 mode(despite some problems) remains some of the better parts of virtual pro. However, when you decide to play as just your virtual pro and not as the entire team during gameplay, your teammate play is absolutely atrocious. Even the best teams and players act like they have no intention whatsoever of winning the game. Constant horizontal movement with no inclination to move the ball up the pitch, horrendous passing, poor marking, sloppy shot attempts and the worse defending on the opposing team(it seems almost impossible to take the ball from their feet) makes it extremely difficult to win even the most routine of matches. If the CPU could be fixed or changed to make your team play to win, or even somewhat coherent, this would be a major improvement to play as your pro only. In most cases, your team has problems giving you the ball and them making the smart run while they're off of the ball. I dont understand why the play is so bad from even the top teams. The only other problem i have with the virtual pro mode is the camera and this is just preference. When your character is sprinting up-field the camera angle zooms in extremely close, in my opinion, and my view of the pitch around me is narrowed and defenders can pop out of the side of my screen and take the ball. Even worse is the same camera angle in front of goal almost blocking my view of the goal. What i recommend is a hybrid camera view of either these options: the same virtual pro camera but the zoom is removed and the camera is like the camera in the practice arena. OR its the same camera that is used for the entire team play, yet the camera doesnt follow the ball it follows only your player but zoomed in a little. It wont be the angle for everyone but they should be an option at least. And why is your pro never able to participate in the world cup period??
My problems with manager mode come with the problems that make the manager mode less authentic. First is the scouting that they had in FIFA 10, that portion of manager mode helped your team bring in young talent and stopped you from trying to buy a super team. It also helped you save money, which was taken out of FIFA 11 for some reason. The nest thing that they should change are the amount of leagues and teams that you can play, why am i unable to coach or become a part of the world cup that happens every 4 years? the game does a passable job at the FA cup and other league cups(i play in england) but the american cups and events are bland as well in other leagues where the teams might not be well known. It also seems that the board might jusdge your progress in whatever league you play in a bit harshly, I drew 2 games with ManU on world class to Arsenal and Tottenham and my job was in danger. I had won my 3 previous games and i thought that with no losses my 3rd place position shouldnt be something of criticism so early in the season. Also it seems that the CPU doesnt plan for you accordingly to form or the players that you have or their players fatigues. Ive beaten teams using the same formation and tired players and they dont change. Tired players from teams playing league and cup games wont even bother to start some of their reserve players to have fresh legs on the pitch.
I could go on but what are your opinions on virtual pro and manager mode?
