Dynamic Weather for Fifa12

I would be really nice if EA concentrate on making dynamic weather in fifa12 and also have real camera view just like watching a live match and every licensed staduim should have its own camera view as in height,zoom in and out.|||I think PWride has answered the same question in another thread, but due to the engine its on and the way the stadiums are, that isn't possible at the moment.
