Player Growth/Transfers

Ok, this is just me, but 1 thing you need to be able to do in this game is have a choice to buy the players you loan in. I can loan a player in and after the season is over i have to wait a season and a half to buy him! it says "the player just moved and wont move again" pleassssee fix for next fifa!
Also, player growth, i think the growth of a player should depend more on their performance during the seasons. i get 19 year olds that are averaging a 7.5 player rating consistantly, yet if their a 65 it is impossible for them to grow fast enough! in 4 seasons averaging 18-25 appearances a year grew to only a 68! I think growth should depend on 2 things: how often they play+ their average player rating. this is how it works in real life, youngsters either have a breakout year and they obvious are rated higher. i think if a youngster in the game has a good/really good year he should grow like 3-5 points and then obviously as they get older the growth process would slow down.
just my input if FIFA 12 has that along with other things (but this is what really bugs me) i will be EXTREMELY HAPPY!!
Thanks EA|||As been mentioned in another thread, the problem with relying on the match rating system is that we're assuming it's just as good as real life ratings (and even those are debatable). But the reality is that it encourages very "safe" (and repetitive) types of plays over making intelligent ones.
I do agree that players should grow faster, and there should also be a clearer tracking of growth. Those emails you get for players growth only happen when their Overall rating is changed, but that doesn't mean individual attributes haven't been increasing/decreasing a while ago (it's just that now there are enough improvements all around in the key areas of that player's role that their average has gone up/down by a solid 1 point).

The loan issue is definitely a problem that's been flagged several times and I hope next title it'll be sorted out :)
