A few suggestions and some feedback.

1) Bring back all the missing features of the managerial side of the game. By this I mean:
- Upgrades to club aspects (stadium, fitness, etc)
- Scouting
My reasons? Well, without these and hopefully some future additions, Fifa 11 feels like the most shallow managerial game around, especially strange as the game comes with the choice of player manager and pure manager. I tried it as a pure manager and was bored rigid within 5 matches as there is just nothing to do at all.
I do not want some seriously stat heavy, too in-depth FM clone, but at the same time I cannot believe you took the scouting and other options out of the game. This is now basically an arcade football game, which is great for some gamers, but terrible for others.
It seems that every year EA take one step forwards and two steps back with their additions and omissions. Fifa 11 has better gameplay than Fifa 10 on the pitch, but 10 has 11 beaten by miles in other things to do during the season.|||

Yep, FIFA 11 Career Mode would be much better if they took in those suggestions and thoughts.
