Match Lobbies - Inviting A Friend

I apologise if this has been previously mentioned on here;
I play on a community run FIFA site, and to make sure there's no funky business regarding squads, it's a requirement that you use the Match Lobbies, and invite a friend on there. This is the only way of playing a Ranked match against a friend, and the only way of making sure everyone has the same squads.
Unfortunately when the game brings up your in-game Friends List, it seems to load each player's details (gameface etc.) before allowing you to move onto the next player on the list. This can often take up to 10 seconds, and become extremely frustrating if you're trying to get to a player quite far down the list.
Could this possibly be changed for FIFA 12? First suggestion I think of would be to set a small time period between highlighting a player, and loading their details, perhaps a second or two.
Any better suggestions out there?|||the navigation through the match lobbies is extremely slow - I think they need a complete revamp
