Career Mode - Manager Accomplishments

This was posted before in the CM section among other ideas, but perhaps we can use this thread to talk about which "Manager Accomplishments" we'd like to see in CM.
Overview:
"Manager Accomplishments" are pretty much like VP accomplishments but for the Manager side. You don't have a "Virtual Manager" though, each separate career save will have its own separate progress.
Much like VP tasks are separated into Passing/Defending/Mental..etc, your Manager accomplishments would be also separated into categories that define your managerial style:

Under each category is a list of accomplishments/tasks:

Levelling up each category gives you relevant bonuses. For example if you work on your Developer attribute, then you'll increase the chance of getting high-potential young players and increase their development rate. On the other hand, a Winner manager might attract high-rated players in their prime at a discount. As you go higher up in a category, the bonuses get better but you'll need to be more committed to the style as there are too many to be achieved all in one career.
I feel this will add longevity to CM as well as give you a reason to try different careers with different challenges. It'll also make your job selection more interesting (but goes without saying, you need to receive more of them!) as you'll be looking at what's being offered and decide which club fits your "philosophy" or future goals best.

More Detail(s):
- The categories do overlap; I'm not saying SAF is not a winner (and doesn't care about young players), but he wouldn't park the bus and grind out a win as often as Mourinho would. Your true management style/personality will be a combination of all three.
- With the limited stuff you could do on current CM, milestone categories and bonuses might be limited to player growth, transfers, and funds. However with new features (*cough* Staff! *cough*) there might be some more interesting incentives.
- Perhaps add a PS3/360 Trophy/Achievement for maxing out each category or just one?

List of Accomplishments/Tasks:
Here's a list of what I have so far (clearly I care more about just winning everything :)). Please reply with your suggestions (obviously none of this is set in stone). Maybe if we can get a decent number of accomplishments EA is more likely to implement the idea or something similar :)
Note that these are not meant to be completed ALL in one career (If anything, I intentially want it to be impossible to do so to encourage people to have different career paths with each save. More variety = more fun). But you should be able to max out one category by the end of CM.

If CM would have more features then tasks could also include improving your youth academy / fan services and what not :)

Also feel free to suggest your own categories and how they'd impact your career!
Thanks for reading :)|||Didn't want to put this in the first post as it's somewhat separate, though could well work together:
Manager Traits/Specialties
I think a sub-feature of the above manager accomplishments idea is manager traits. You can think of it as a set of different "shields" you can earn (each shield can be bronze, silver or gold which reflects your specialty in that particular area).
Say after buying 3 players at less than their market price, you earn the "Negotiator" shield. That gives you discount at buying players in general (and your personality, above, determines how willing the players are at joining your team). As you go from a Bronze to Gold negotiator shield, you get more discount.
The main purpose of these traits though is to provide more personality (both on and off the field) to the CPU managers.
Obviously having actual manager attributes (like FM) is more "realistic" but FIFA's managerial depth is nowhere near FM's and so a simplified specialty system is probably good enough to get the point across (that different managers run their clubs differently and have different abilities) without going too far.
I will try to expand on this later, but feel free to post your ideas regarding this as well!
|||I think I posted about having these before Fifa 10 but we didn't get them then. It's a really good idea to bring them in and I hope EA listen at some point. Good list of accomps as well.|||Thanks feel free to post any suggestions for accomplishments :) .. I'm having trouble thinking of more stuff for Loyalty without needing EA to re-introduce team upgrades, staff, and media/fan interactions.
