Great ideas for FIFA 12

Hopefully someone from EA and/or fifa fans will co-sign this so we can get this in for 12.
Loyalty Bar - Every season instead of signing a one year contract we should be offered a one - five year contract depending on your reputation as a manager/player. At any time of any season during that contract we should be offered deals from other clubs to manage or play on their clubs. This is were the loyalty bar comes into effect.
If your the type of manager/player that continuously changes clubs then this should affect you making deals with big clubs or signing long term deals.
Agents - I'm currently managing OL and I want to move to the premier league but I doubt that will happen because every season, I get offers from teams in the same league as me (OM, LILLE etc) or some small league one club.
At any time during a season we should be able to send our agents out to negotiate deals with clubs , let us know what jobs are on offer or put the word out that you will become available.
Constructive criticism please|||I like the idea of the agents. Clubs should either flat out say no to you, or negotiate a deal with you, which you, and the club, can both change to reach an agreement.|||i really like both ideas posted them on my topic 'what should be in fifa 12'. :)

1. Before you begin you should be able to design a manager and show him when they are making a substitute.
2. Can asighn trainers to players who you want to gain experience so that they can play in the starting 11.
3. After each season should be able to redesign the kit and sponsor.
4. To save time have a first team, cup team and a second team like on ultimate team.
5. Can upgrade your teams stadium.
6. Be able to manage international teams.
|||Also, if you are bored at winning everything (if you do :) ), then you should be able to choose to manage a lower league club.|||I like the idea of a contract offer, which doesnt allow you to quit a club until you have fulfilled a certain amount of games for such a club, that is unless your contract is terminated by the Club manager. that would eliminated alot of the club jumpers out there|||great idea!
i'd like to see us be able to see managers get sacked mid-way through a season and get approached by clubs asking to take over OR, we could apply for available jobs.
